How do I get service for my phone system?
Routine Service is available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm by calling
800-590-5401. Press Option 3 for Service. After normal hours you may leave a message in the Service mailbox and a service representative will call you back the following morning. Normal turnaround for routine is service is 1 to 2 business days.

Emergency Service is available 24 hours-365 days per year. If calling after hours (after 5pm or weekends) press 1 for Emergency Service and you will be transferred to our answering service. The technician on call will be notified and return your call ASAP.
Note: All labor for after hour’s emergency service is billable, even if you are covered by a maintenance contract or extended warranty. Parts will be covered as per your agreement.
Adds-Moves or Changes to your system are available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm by calling 800-590-5401. Press Option 3 for Service. You may also send an email to service@ritelephone.com
Normal turnaround time for adds-moves or changes is 3 to 5 business days.
Note:
All adds-moves or changes are billable regardless of your warranty or maintenance contract status! Rate is currently $90.00 per hour (1.5 hour minimum) Parts used are billed accordingly.
How do I get tech support (questions, programming help, etc.)
Technical support is available at no charge for any customer either under warranty or covered by a maintenance contract. Customers not covered by any support/warranty contract are invoiced on a time basis. Support is available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm by calling 800-590-5401. Press Option 5 for Tech Support. You may also send an email to service@ritelephone.com.
