Helpful Telephone Tips
Relocating  personnel or telephone extensions around in your office? Relocating a fax? Relocating a modem line? Relocating your whole office? There is a simple but very important check list you need to follow in order to have a stress free move.

1. Everyone needs time to plan...please allow enough time for yourself and your vendors to move your phone/extension/fax/modem in a timely manner.
2. Make sure there are jacks in the new space, if not more time would be needed to run cables.
3. Relocating your office takes much more time and  strategic planning. Call for a free site survey before you move and have your needs analysed.

Our Project Manager can offer you the most effective communication solution to fit your need. We can co-ordinate your line services, survey site for existing cables, help lay out your telephone closet and advise on upgrading your existing system or propose a new system.

Remember, we are only a phone call away and we are always happy to help in any way we can. Just allow us and your other vendors time to assess your move, that way you are not inconvenienced with any unnecessary down time....Time is Money..
